C-Webb's mom

I was on another website and heard that Chris' mom is very ill. Apparantly a local commentator in Philly(Glen Macnow) had said this. Has anyone else heard this or is it just a nasty rumor. If it's true it would explain his mood and demeanor. We all know how close he is to his mom. I don't see anyone starting rumors like this but this is the NBA. If it is true I really hope she gets better soon. Chris has enough problems in Philly without something like this.

I can't even imagine what it's like when your mother is really ill....my mom's like my best friend and I can't imagine life without her!

Get better soon, Doris. My prayers are definately with CWebb and his family right now. And we all know how much his mom means to him..I rarely not hear him say hi or love you to his mom when he talks at a game. Get better very soon Doris and stay strong CWebb. We love ya!

I haven't heard anymore since I posted this but if she was as ill as they claimed,he'd be in Detroit unless he's flying back and forth. Get well soon Doris. Keep your chin up Chris, still love you.
