Bulls going after Gooden/A. Griffin/Kukoc?

Among the remaining free agents, the Bulls are interested in bringing back swingman Adrian Griffin, who played for Dallas last season. Toni Kukoc is less likely to return. Trading for a veteran is another possibility.

The Bulls will also keep an eye on Cleveland power forward Drew Gooden, a restricted free agent. Gooden appears headed for a sign-and-trade scenario and the Cavs probably don’t want to take any big contracts in return, so a package of Chris Duhon and Michael Sweetney might have a slim chance of working.

“It’s a possibility we’re interested in,” Calvin Andrews, Gooden’s agent, said of the Bulls. “We haven’t talked too much about that happening. It’s up to the Cavs. If something would come up with the Bulls, it would interest us, definitely.”

They can have Gooden... he'd be fine there because Ben/PJ/Tyrus would help hide Gooden's negatives. Would bring more offense/rebounding/athleticism for them.

Adrian Griffin I think would be good for them to get again. He was key in their playoff series in 2005 vs. the Wiz, they missed him in 05-06. With the improved team now, would only provide another tough veteran with a bunch of experience.

Getting Kukoc back? Why not, he can still make shots and pass well. Would of course add even more experience.

Getting both Griffin/Kukoc, or just one, along with possibly Gooden, is even more of a sign the Bulls have a pretty good chance to win the East.
