I don't understand why we are really upset about this, the massive populace (which ESPN is geared for it's geared for ALL sports fans) really like superstars even if their not on their favorite team. Kobe Bryant is the most (if not close) current basketball "name" out there, why would they not show any of his highlights?
If we want to see a ton of different Kings highlights watch FSN Sac (I think I dunno what its called in Sac) or other local news channels because ESPN is national (regular cable) and it's going to show a variety of highlights, but concentrating mostly on the most "well known" name of the highlight.
Also, if I remember correctly, I watched the highlights on Sportscenter because I don't get to watch the game. There were 2 Kobe Highlights (the 2 last second shots), 1 Smush Parker dunk (I think dunk), Mike Bibby's 3 point shot, Ron Artest's 3 point shot, and a Brad Miller shot.
