William Phillips he had a five year deal for 35 million on the table from the Kings the best he will get and more than he deserves IMO. The guy is "an old 30" and in five years you will all be thanking Petrie he didnt sign Bonzi for that many years and that contract. Bonzi should be strangeling his agent right now because the most he will get now is like 3 years and 15 mill. from like Detroit or Indiana or somewhere like that. Sure we will miss Bonzi in the short term but come next offseason when he is breaking down more and more we won't. Salmons is a 6'6" PG/SG/SF and he is athletic something other than KMart we don't have. He also played alot of backup point in Philly last year so he can handle the ball and will be a good backup for Bibby. I agree we do need another big and to get rid of KT, but Petrie will go out and get that other big athletic guy we need either via free agency or trade.
