Part of it is how he blocks shots. He doesn't just stop them at the rim, he swats them out to the 3pt line.

I don’t think I can defend Huerter any longer. His month has been absolutely horrific. Way worse than any month or cold streak people were complaining about before. It’s not even about missing shots right now. He doesn’t seem like he’s a part of it right now.

Hot streak is surely on the way, but it’s clear he is too streaky to be the long term guy here as I had hoped.

Dallas had a pretty suitable team for Luka with Brunson, Porzingis, DFS, and Dinwiddie and they just blew it up because it’s hard to tell when you have the right guys around Luka.

Well they traded Porzingis for Dinwiddie because Porzingis didn't like playing with Luka and they moved on

And Dinwiddie doesn't contribute much to winning basketball so trading him and DFS for Kyrie is defendable

It just shows that the Kings have a long way to go............I actually feel like the Kings were a better team last year.........They just seemed incredibly strong much of last year. This year they are a very inconsistent team. Almost as if they have taken a step back this season.

True. I still don't understand why we look like a title contender in most of our wins and look like a top 5 lotto team in most of our losses.

But don't say this BS when it's not even true. 2 wins vs OKC, win vs DEN, win vs LAL, road win vs DAL, win vs Minny. We've played damn good vs the best teams in the NBA too.

But that would require some attention to what's actually been going on this season. Not this lazy, tired take that the media writers haven't gotten over in 2 years, particularly regarding Domas.
