Well... thats what they said on TNT... whoever was talking when they showed a pic of Bobby said he had succesful wrist surgery and hes out for the year... I thought he was only out for a few months and most likely would be back for end of regular season and definitly playoffs...

Nothing new was added to his situation tonight. He still could return at the start of the playoffs.

I was going to start a thread "Vlade signs with Lakers" but I wasn't sure what forum to put it in

Anyway, he was supposed to be out 12 weeks which should put him back about a week before the playoffs start. Hopefully he can play a few games and get his feet under him and be ready for the second round.

I'm not sure if that will even be necessary if Evans and Mobley do things right. We don't want another injury comeback experiment to ruin the season.

This is much ado about nothing -- they just repeated what we already knew. Remember, this is one of our first national games since the injury so its still kind of fresh to them and most viewers around the country.
