im not sure about this. i've never heard of it. all i remember is rumors were hot about bibby/iverson trade at one point but it just died. i didnt hear anything about bibby nixed a trade.

No, Bibby doesn't have a trade kicker ... he has an ETO. This is already being discussed in so many other threads that I'm going to close this one.

And FYI? Even with a trade kicker, he wouldn't be able to nix a trade. Neither could Webber. Webber's kicker was a "cash up front" clause, which he waived to facilitate the trade.
