Beno?

Word is Miami trying to find third team to take Beno Udrih and/or Jarnell Stokes and that's why deal sending Chalmers to Grizz not yet done

Make it happen Vlade!

Here is the list of the four players we can legally trade right now:

Cousins (nope)
Gay (nope)
Collison (nope)
McLemore

So the only "make it happen" that exists is McLemore for Beno. Is one year of 33-year-old can't-play-defense Beno actually better than just keeping Ben? That seems like quite a desperation move.

I think I can go either way and live with it.

its a win now move you make if you are on the cusp on a championship run and the piece you and bringing in, is the difference maker.

not sure we are at that level yet unfortunately.

No, we need a PG with defense who is comfortable in catch and shoot + space the floor. Beno is just about the opposite of that.

I guess that depends on how committed we are to the dribble drive offense. If it is going to work for us (and I am very skeptical about that) then yes it is a necessary move. But there are a lot of other moves that we would need to make to be more accommodating of the DD as well. On the other hand if the staff have the realization that our current roster is not set up for DD then we might as well scrap it and adopt an offense that complements our personal better anyway.
