Okay, we've all been able to exhale and take a few minutes to savor the knowledge that the Sacramento Kings will be the Sacramento Kings for at least 35 more years.

We here at Kingsfans.com are very glad to see so many of our old members returning to the fold. And we're also excited to see new members coming in to join the family.

This board is here thanks to the dedication and generosity of our board owner and administrator, Revrag (aka Jeremy). Through thick and thin, he's kept this board going so that we - the loyal Kings fans (and some of our other members who happen to root for other teams) - have a place to come to when we want to talk hoops, football, arena status, etc.

Where did you come when you wanted information about the latest city council happenings on the arena or anything else from player analysis to discussion of the latest tweets, posts or rumors? I'm guessing you came to KF, where you can find thoughtful posts from our knowledgeable and dedicated posters. And don't forget about the great job Mike0476 from CrownDowntown did in keeping us well informed on everything his incredible group was doing. Our members come from all walks of life and all corners of the globe, but we do share one thing in common - we love to talk hoops.

Jeremy would never do this himself, so I'm doing it for him. We want to build up our contributing memberships. We're already talking about some potential group events for next season. We've done them in the past and always had a blast. And with our new ownership group and the new arena on the horizon, we're looking forward to good times instead of always worrying about the bad.

If you'd like to help defray some of the costs associated with Kingsfans.com, please check your user name in the upper right hand corner (next to INBOX). When you hover your mouse over your user name a drop down menu will appear. The last selection in the second column is "Account Upgrade." Click on it and you will be taken to the Contribution page. You can choose to contribute semi-annually or annually.

There are some benefits to becoming a contributing member, besides the fact that you've helped to keep KF as the place where the best Kings fans come to talk hoops. You get the special "contributor" tag under your username, you can have a larger avatar and PM storage limits AND you get access to the "contributing members" only forum where you can get information on things like group tickets and member get-togethers.

Thanks for being part of our Kingsfans.com community. We appreciate all of you.

SACRAMENTO KINGS
1985 to FOREVER!

NOTE: Make sure you include your user name in the comments section of PayPal. Thanks!

Since becoming a Sacramento Kings fan (Jason Williams 'era'), I always imagined myself visiting Sacramento and Arco (STA) sometime. At that moment however, I thought I had a lifetime to do it. I had no idea that the arena was nearing its end. When hearing of the deal of the 'binding' sale to seattle, and I didn't see the possibilty to visit past season, I really believed that my chance had sailed.

By becoming a contributing member, I would like to show my gratitude to every member, current and future, of the Kingsfans.com family who had a part (large or small) in keeping the Kings in Sacramento. Collectively you kept a dream alive.

I really hope that I will be able to visit Sacramento next season to experience Arco Thunder (maybe even opening day) and hopefully also on opening day of the new arena (2016?).

- Long live the Sacramento Kings and Kingsfans.com -

Some of the finest, most knowledgeable, and friendly online sports communities are for Kings fans! Sactown Royalty, Cowbell Kingdom, A Royal Pain, and this site always have reliable information and relevant discussions.

A lot of people visit this site. If you haven't been a member before or not for a while, please come join us again with a financial contribution to keep this board going. Jeremy who keeps this board going shouldn't have to pay a lot of the cost out of his own pocket, when there are so many people getting value from this site.

We welcome all who visit, but a little boost in the financial department would not go unappreciated by all of us. Thank you. :)
