This artilce has Matt Barnes as the backup in the projected lineups for the kings.
So does that mean that he is selected already???

Hmm...well given that the guy called Peja a shooting guard, not sure how much stock I'd put into it.

He/She actualyl seemed to have an interesting mix of old news and smei-new neqws (knew about Christie's foot for instance). But nothing that would lead me to beleive that he/she was an insider that actually knew more about what was going on with the team that the local press.

Probably just a guess based on a quick scan of the lineup and seeing Barnes as the only familiar NBA name. Guessing this was before Alexander arrived or they might have listed him too. In any case, wouldn't surprise me at all if Barnes made it as a semi-proven guy. But don't think he's going to be part of the rotaion. More like this year's Rodney Buford.
