Wow Tj Ford is a stud... if he only had 3pt range he'd be unstoppable! he still gets by everyone, and they know hes not a threat out on the perimeter. I'd love to see this kings team if we had a PG like ford that could drive and kick out to all the 3pt shooters we have, or better yet just create open looks for teammates. Plus he can score...

must be nice their up by 10 on the PHX

I can't believe that anybody is surprised to see that Ford is a very good point guard. Personally, I'm still not sure why Toronto felt compelled to get rid of him.

I have Amare in one of my fanatsy leagues. Last week one of my opponents tried to offer me Lamarcus Aldridge straight up for Amare, and then when I rejected that, came back with Travis Outlaw and Jason Thompson for him. I am thinking I made the right call in saying "no thx".

Naturally, when you have 2 very good players who play the same position (and only that position), you trade one of them for an area of need and hope that the guy you kept can handle the load. And, as good as TJ is, its no secret that hes injury prone.

Cheese and rice, if the Timberwolves aren't giving San Antonio all they can handle.

BTW: William Anthony F. Parker! He's already crushed his previous career high, and they're still playing.

Parker hit the speed limit, setting a new career high, and breaking the record for most points ever scored against the Timberwolves, previously held by Shaquille O'Neal.

Totally blown away by Amare tonight...I think he's proved that microfracture surgery isn't career ending.

51 pts, 11 rebounds, 6 assists, 5 steals, 2 blocks...18-22 shooting, 15-15 free throws...

That's one of the most impressive stat lines I've ever seen. Dear lord.

I'd guess that it helps if you get that sort of thing when you're still really young, as Stoudemire did. If you're already in your early-thirties... not so much.
