Domas was a given just because there are maybe 5 good centers in the league and a dozen "forwards". Positionless All-NBA will make it tougher moving forward, put me in the category of folks that believe All-NBA teams should at least resemble a team that you can field a rotation with.

So happy for Fox though. He deserves it. Clutch award nobody really even was in his stratosphere based on the clutch stats that are officially recognized (last 5 minutes with score within 5 points). But the All-NBA was not after the all-star snub (and he was snubbed even if he got in. where as PG he was barely allowed to touch the ball). Our baby boy is all grown up and I'm so proud.

I’d argue Sabonis would have had a shot at the 2nd Team this year if it was positionless.

Maybe? I guess Embiid could have made first team and they'd have bumped Sabonis up, though I'm inclined to think there might ultimately be more guards and wings than big men under the new provisions. Of course the games played rules will also be game changing.
