This is the lamest thread ever.
I'm going to reopen this thread, but with the same admonishments I've made in the Peja and Bibby threads.
If you want to criticize Adelman, fine. Feel free to do so. BUT there is a line between criticism and bashing. If you cross the line, your comments will be deleted. Multiple posts that are clearly bashing and not valid criticism will result in time outs or banishment.

You really got my hopes up. Seeing him in the post-game interview made me feel sorry for him and he doesn't deserve it. Let him go, and let him take Peja with him.

Although I am not advocating the firing of Adelman, I have been scratching my head a lot this year with his substitution patterns.
However, I must be in a wierd mood, because, I swear, when I read the title and Ryle's "placeholder thread" comment......I really cracked up.

Not me. The ability to rebound, block shots, stand over 6'5" in high heels, and play defense are automatic grounds for bieng placed into Rick Adelmans doghouse. Pretty consistent to me.

Fireing Rick Adelman is probably the first best step to changing directions and making the team better. He has been given to many chances and are now gone. This is a totally different team, different roster, and we need a coach with a different attidude. One that will yell at your face when you dont stand in front of your man and play defense and one that will play a bench more effectively.

u might not be a contender, but u would be much better with carlisle as coach....
he would make Miller, SAR, jackson, bonzi and bibby a playoff team....thats what he does best....makes alot out of not so much....
just look at what he took to a winning record and 2nd round of the playoffs last year...
both teams would be better off....just better matches...
