Actors that have aged the worst?

I will start this off with Jon Favreau. Although the guy is a genius what the heck happened to him between about 1999 and 2002? He gained weight to play a football player in "The Replacements", and then it's like he just kept gaining and gaining.. I guess to be fair, did Swingers film in like 1992 or 1993? I wasn't sure how long it sat on the shelf before being released..

Favreau was actually huge in the early 90s, he was the big fat slobby hippy guy in PCU. So he lost a ton of weight and slowly gained it back. He was in Rudy too.
