Mister Slim Says:
"Post-Malone Era"?
The preferences of a vocal minority notwithstanding, the Kings have clinched a play-in berth, thanks to Golden State's defenestration of Phoenix last night, so all that's left for the Kings is to focus on going into the play-in as mentally sharp as they possibly can, playing their best basketball, and locked in. They'll have a chance to put their best foot forward tonight, versus a Nuggets team that appears to be in disarray. Didn't think that there was anything that a playoff team could do that was more reckless and possibly season-breaking than firing your head coach two weeks before the playoffs, and then Denver told the Grizzlies, "Hold my beer!" Nuggets have only had twenty-four hours to wrap their heads around losing their head coach, and three games to get acclimated to their new one. Here's hoping that Sacramento doesn't give them the chance.
