Really good first half, feels like we should be up by more than 10. Can’t ask for much more besides trying to be quicker to step up on… Kao Jones? Lol feels like he got way too many easy looks/ rebounds
Jval had like 3 wide open bunnies he missed, definitely would have helped.

Got really lazy at the end of the 1st quarter with our transition defense. Overall though, playing an awesome game headlined by Keegan dominating on both ends.

Monk came back at the end of the half. He was running a little gingerly, but my gosh, the Kings dodged a bullet there.
Wow really? When I replayed the video on the injury, it looked worse, but guess I was wrong about him missing some games. Glad to be wrong in this case. Not able to watch the live game, so just have to settle for video highlights at this time lol.

After Kyrie went down - Mavs began turning the ball. We could have taken bigger advantage, but were not patient enough. Debo is solid. JV missed couple VERY easy shots.
Stay focused on defense and DON'T TURN THE BLEEPING BALL OVER!!!

Are we sure Keegan can't take a star leap?
On 11 to 12 shots a game and averaging less than one trip to the FT line a game? Yes, pretty sure, haha. With this current squad even him trying to do something else would probably just upend the offense. Spread, attack in the full court, and play defense. That's working so far.

It sucks for them but if they come in the 3rd down after the realization of Kyrie going down like that hits this could get ugly. Kings have to be relentless to start the 3rd.

Off topic: nba and the entitled stupid stars love blaming everyone for ratings. I turn to the okc/houston game to see two playoff teams and houston is sitting four starters. **** this league man
the more thought I put into it, the more it makes sense why so many injuries are piling up for players this season and this whole load management approach. When practicing/training it's overdoing it rather than doing it smartly such as an "active recovery" day but this is me speculating, I don't know or see what happens after the cameras are off.
