Not sure what the boos were about. Nique got distracted by Christie, lol. Tough game, but there were some moments. The perfect storm yet again, and the team got down. That zone at the beginning pretty much set the Magic up to hit every shot just like last time.

I know we're committed to Christie and all, but is there a number this losing streak gets to where we don't keep him? Not fired during season, but day 1 of the off-season?
I would actually respect them a little more if they don't fire Christie. I mean, they've handcuffed him this entire season and, if they fire him, they're basically saying that it's all his fault.

Now, if they get what they say they want in the draft, then he'll probably be on the hot seat as early as Opening Night. But, if this is supposed to be a "gap year," you can't blame the coach for how **** turns out.

The only thing right now that Christie can have laid at his feet is the fact that he focused on defense without having defensive personnel and even though the team is a mash unit and full of guys that never really played together the offense isn't even there like at all. This is where just rolling the ball out and letting DeMar and Russ do what they wanted all season comes back to bite a coach.

Yes....1000%. We'll be bringing in a possibly franchise altering player and we'll have our full crew back. We need to reset these losers that we're calling coaches and hire the guy who is going to be a part in rebuilding this.

The end of the year is going to be interesting. If Doug keeps throwing random starting lineups out there like he does then it seems dubious. When Hunter comes back is he seriously going to go with Russ and DeMar at the 1 and 2?

Carter and Nique……

At least the rookie bigs continue to show solid things

Carter had a pretty good game and was showing that elite first step before the Kings fell to pieces and they started hanging their heads. Hopefully Devins ankle is OK. Nique definitely has hit the rookie wall though.

The Westbrook-DDR thing is ridiculous at this point. Christie and the Kings would be better off bringing in random G-leaguers who will do what they are told and play D with effort. Yes, they will lose, but at least they will actually be trying on defense and the old vets won't be making a joke out of the younger players at least trying to play the right way.
