What’s the point of leaving with 16 seconds left?
I was thinking about the old Arco days when getting out now puts you in the queue with all the other early departures vs. hanging around 15-20 minutes and getting out after the rush... but I am not even sure what downtown exit is like. I take the light rail to most Blazers games I go to unless I have a VIP parking pass, my trip home is all surface streets anyways. Same as it would be from G1C to my mom's house.

Not a great game but moderately entertaining

The young C's are fun to watch and I'm enjoying the Domas bench unit runs. Looking forward to seeing what that 5 man unit looks like with Dennis-Monk-Nique-Domas-Cardwell/Max.

Becoming very clear the guys who need to go first are Russ/LaVine/DDR. Rest of the guys seem willing to actually try and play team ball and work together.

Comeback started too late, and there were some crucial missed shots. At least there were only 4 turnovers in the second half.

I liked seeing the twin towers lineups out there: Sabonis + Raynaud, or Sabonis + Cardwell. They have promise, as I mentioned. Kayte said at the start of the game they had to keep Clingman's Dome off the glass, but he ended up with 17 boards.

Yeh I just think they pay all that money, why George Costanza it “we are making good time”

I know people who left an NFl game early to beat the crowd and they missed one of the more miraculous plays of all time.

I think my dad once drove us home from a Niners game early and we missed a comeback win or something. I've never left a game early since. Maybe when junior was young and it was a late game or I had two places to be at once, but that isn't the same thing, but I'm pretty sure I was irresponsible in the case of the former and never did that :D

That team stat comparison does not reflect a team that should have lost by seven at home (Disclaimer: they did conspicuously leave turnovers and free throws off the graphic).

We'd be without a draft pick (probably in 2027) but damn it sucks we didn't make a deal for Deni instead of Portland. I think I will always say that. Granted most of my familiarity with his game was through 2k but still.

I liked him a lot before he was drafted, on the basis of his excellent passing skills. He is averaging 6.9 assists per game and had 8 tonight. Monte McNair dropped the ball when it came to some of the talents that were being traded away, although in this case, the Wizards received considerable compensation.

They gave Bub Carrington and a 29 first, some seconds, and Brogdon who may or may not be considered salary match.

We picked Devin Carter immediately before Bub which I think is kerosene on the fire for me. And feels like if we had made that move, we wouldn't have done the DeMar move, and maybe just maybe the team wouldn't have gone into a tailspin. But even if it did we'd have a front court right now, although perhaps if Monte had saved his job we would not have Maxime and Cardwell unless those were guys specifically scouted by holdovers from the prior FO and Monte agreed with the selections. Feel like we'd just have drafted another tweener guard.

I guess bottom line is as long as Carter can't get on the floor I am furious about everything we did that summer.
