That unit did pretty good on defense for the most part. The refs have been letting contact go and then called some really iffy ones too.

We're up 5 and -10 3PM. Allowing 51% from 3. Sure, we're winning, but we SHOULD be winning by significantly more. How does that not make sense? What are you getting here?

If we allowed them to shoot 40% (still god awful), we'd be by 20 right now. How does that not matter?

This is insanity to me. You said it yourself -- we're up 5. The Spurs have made 10 more 3pt jumpers than the Kings. They're shooting 51% from deep. The Spurs should be clobbering us right? Oh they're not. Hmm. Than I don't care.

In fact, very much the opposite. I'm just happy the Kings are finally playing a basketball game where they aren't expecting to get bailed out by their own 3pt shooting nor are they allowing San Antonio's hot shooting to throw them out of their game plan. They are playing with energy, crashing the glass, digging down and keeping the Spurs out of the paint, and pounding it inside for dunks and layups. That's all beautiful basketball to me.

So through three quarters, the Spurs have attempted 40 threes (including the foul) and have scored 61 points off them (including the FTs). That's better than 1.5 points per shot. We can't survive that. Cannot.
