With Grant Williams trade chatter growing, it's worth mentioning that the Pacers had interest when making the deal for Malcolm Brogdon.

And they're still looking to fill that same forward position, as had been suggested by many. https://t.co/9xoOkOPyWO
The Heat now have two open roster spots, giving them more flexibility for bigger trades later this week. Also creates a little bit more room from the luxury tax. https://t.co/JUybhpATBA

I wouldn't say this means Miami is jumping in the trade market. They might, but they can now convert Orlando Robinson without any real worries of tripping over the tax line. That's one of the big "gets" here for the Heat.

“Grant wants a lot of money. We heard he thinks he’s got $18 to $20 million waiting for him in free agency. And he wants to play more, probably start.” pic.twitter.com/qalcEH0acy
Not sure he'd work as a backup C, but i think between he (pf) and lyles (C) we'd be fine together in the backup frontline. But we would absolutely not be able to keep him and Barnes in the off season. And im a big believer barnes os vital to this team. On paper their would be many players that may be better, but in the real world im not sureWell Grant, we just so happened to have plenty of PT here!

I almost read the tweet to have said "The Mavericks are shipping Tim Hardaway Jr. and Christian Wood...", and I was about to call the tweet out for not providing additional details, like their destination(s). Either my brain still thinks it's the weekend, or it's telling me that it is not physically or mentally prepared for the onslaught we're about to get on Thursday...The Mavericks are shopping Tim Hardaway Jr. and Christian Wood, per @espn_macmahon pic.twitter.com/q6ZawfKSBy
