Positives: Keegan Murray's continued offensive aggressiveness and great defense, Ellis's defense, Monk's shooting and competitive spirit.

Negatives: Lavine's and Westbrook's ball handling was absurdly bad, especially in the 1st quarter. Lavine casually throwing it to a Sun's player at the very beginning of the game was a metaphor for the first quarter and the game. Lavine was awarded 32 minutes for his casual indifference, while Clifford got a measly 9 minutes in this game.

Most unique play of the game: Max getting on the floor for a loose ball and then while on the floor going behind the back to get it to an open King's player.

Announcing crew: In the first quarter Kayte announced, "Kings jumping out to a big lead here, 17 - 6...." It was of course the Suns who were leading. Morgan & Deuce had their typically good analysis pre and post game.

I do feel for Zach and the vets. They are in a situation and on a team where the way they need to play to be at their best conflicts with the needs of other players and doesn't mesh with the new direction of the team. They are truly playing hard, but the misalignment makes the job even harder and more frustrating while they watch their prime years slip away. If they're being honest I doubt even one of them is currently glad they came to Sacramento.

This may be what's necessary for the organization, but I applaud their professionalism and diplomatic answers... I doubt I would be able to muster it in the same situation.

That last comment cuts... I hate that people come to this organisation and have such bad experiences. The guy has been on losing teams his entire career and still says this is the most frustrated he (an says others as well) have been.
The triumvirate of incompetent coach, GM and owner is tough to overcome for this team. That being said, Zach looked like he just got out of the wrong side of the bed and stumbled on to the court. Some of those turnovers were special special.

Zach Lavine can’t get traded fast enough. We are simple folks us Kings fans. Give an honest effort and play with an ounce of passion and you will be adored. He just seems to be punching in and punching out at this point, going through the motions.

Little tidbit from being at the game tonight that I thought was telling and maybe a sign of discontent with some of his teammates too. Not sure if this moment got picked up on the broadcast or not…I believe it was in the 3rd quarter and Zach drove to the basket made the shot and got knocked to the floor but no foul was called. The Suns however called a time out so play stopped and there was Zach sitting on the floor with his arms outstretched. Not one Kings teammate went to help him up, they all went straight to the huddle. Max Raynaud finally came over from the Kings bench and helped Zach up. Could have been nothing but definitely stood out to me.

Something is up with Zach and the team. In the last game when Deebo hit the floor after the steal and dunk, Zach was the closest person to the play but didn't come over to pick up Deebo. It was strange considering that the entire bench including Sabonis got there faster.

The problem here is that you're trying to compare them to the Kings...Also, I think you might be underestimating that team a bit. They are 12-7, and 2 games back of 2nd place in the West, for a reason.
I am just telling you what I saw. On a better shooting night, they would probably look more formidable. As for comparisons, Phoenix ranked 28th in the league for strength of schedule going into the game. Sacramento ranked 1st. No one else is even close.
