I agree. Sabonis is the one insisting stay in the line up. I admire that but at some point he needs rest from nagging injury. I also don't like that Sabonis never wears protection (sleeve, etc.) getting constantly nicked, cut up in games by opponents finger nails, flaying arms. At some point those "harmless" nicks could become infected and then "tough guy" will be forced to sit out for awhile.

Domas has been picking up ticky tack fouls on screens lately too. This is clearly him not wanting to get hit in the ribs. They need to just let him slip those screens or not set them at this point.

Still probably wouldn't have got anything. And we know with big expirings most teams just hang onto them because in a trade you're almost guaranteed to be taking back bad salary. The real way to get assets while taking back bad salary is with cap space since you can pounce as a team is desperate to make a move right then. Kind of like how the Kings have gotten used and abused over the years.

You think there was no way to get anything more of value for Fox?

Sebonis #3 in NBA this season fouls committed and seems to foul out every other game.

Didn't you just say that LaVine would be a useful asset as a large expiring contract next season? If we wouldn't have gotten anything for Fox why will we get anything for LaVine?

Should have just let Fox expire, if a huge contract non winning high usage player was the other option
Maybe, but that personality and what was already happening to the chemistry with Fox in that lineup ... it felt like poison. The team seemed so much lighter and happier without him out there sulking. Not saying it was a good trade, but this is one of those few times I can't really say what they should and shouldn't have done. Rich Paul and the gang put them in an impossible position with that threat they made, disguised as professionalism and "good business"

Anyone else concerned Keegan will come back to his annual "November slump" and just stay there the majority of the season?

There, I said it out loud.

It wouldn't matter at this point. He's already signed his contract extension and this season is already going nowhere. It may be better for him to wait until the trade deadline and come back to a radically different roster that isn't sleep walking through games like this one.

DeMar is 11 for 13 in this game. I do not understand why Kings fans seem to hate this guy even when he's playing well.
He had just had one of the worst looking drives to the basket that I've seen and turned the ball over, followed by multiple possessions of half hearted defensive effort. I really don't care about his mid range game and all that, I already know how gifted he is in that area. It's not all his fault this team has been awful and injured, but, he's also a constant reminder of how poor the fit was the second we signed him last season and everything went downhill. I don't hate him at all
