Doug just said it, "unacceptable." Kings now officially descended into deep, dark hole. Next 5 road games could be (likely to be) very hard to watch. I'll look at box score to see actually worth tuning into ANY of the games. Meanwhile, seeing Kenny Natt in nightmare dream tonight. But hope to eventually see Kings fighting all out DC demanding of them to salvage the season.

Watching Russ' interview, I feel like I owe him an apology for the past few years.

He has his faults as a player but as a person seems like a stand up guy and the leader that in all honesty, we probably needed a few years ago.

Deebo seems to be just waiting to be traded... I don't remember him doing a presser so far this year (maybe he has) and also quiet in the off-season also apart from saying last year was a cluster f*#k.

Was one of my irks with Fox... Turns up for the presser when we won, let Keon or someone do it when we lost.

Jerry reynolds just said exactly what I was thinking. That dick motta team that only won 1 road game………he saw more effort out of that team than this team. He said this is the worst he’s seen here in Sacramento and we all know, Jerry saw some of the worst this franchise has offered up.
Well maybe Zach declines his option to get the hell out

Not Kings ownership but Perry. He knew this year would be crap and didn’t want to saddle his preferred coach with this stink. Doug was Vivek’s preferred guy.

Quite frankly, this situation is the best I have felt about a Kings GM in a decade. The problem with this team was Vivek interfering.

Few here really believe how bad the Monte era was. I say Monte era because a big part of the problem was Monte couldn’t handle Vivek. Perry by contrast gave Vivek all the rope he needed to hang himself. Even an idiot like Vivek knows this pile of crap lies at his feet.

Perry leaned into Vivek and made it an evaluation year. He full well knew this roster was maybe the worst in all sports. Hopefully now Perry will have free rein to do what needs to be done without Vivek ****ing it up.

I’m the most hopeful I have been in a long time.
I hope you’re right, but I still have my doubts Perry is pulling Jedi mind tricks on Vivek. Again, I hope you’re correct and Perry has the chops and is here for the long haul.

Hate to say it, but Sabonis’ trade value is as about as low as it’s ever been. We have to be real with ourselves, running DHO action is not a premium skill. And it’s definitely not useful action when the defense just drops or hedges since Sabonis is no threat to shoot and now no threat to drive as he can’t elevate. He’s a high motor guy which we love in this city. But he was always a high floor type of guy that you hoped could develop into a multi dimensional scorer like we see with Sengun

The alternate universe I frequent most is the one where we draft Sengun and still have Hali.

Top ten player pure comedy

Zach's a very good offensive player who just is what he is. Some coaches would focus on getting the most out of him with the skillset he has. Unfortunately for Zach, he got here at the start of a much-needed culture change and there will be no coddling or coaxing... he can be a grower or a goner, and he likely won't be happy with having to make either choice.
