I have had time to get over the heart breaking loss in the opening game of the series and am looking ahead to Tuesday, a whole new day and new chance. I say we win this one with inspired play and necessary adjustments. what do you think, win and go back to Arco to try and make a series of it, or do the boys have nothing left in the tank?

Whoever ends up scoring more points.

I really hope we can pull it off but I think SA will take game 2 as well.

I will go ahead and say Kings win game 2. I have no idea how we win this game and have no logical reason for believing we win. However, basketball can often defy logic. That's what i'm hoping for anyway.

In their three championship years, the Spurs never opened up 2-0 in the first round. Always dropped a game. Now of course it did not matter and they went on to roll, but more reason to expect a much closer game in Game 2. A win? Mmm...not so sure. The Spurs will know what's coming.

I certainly wouldn't put my money for another blow out win, but the Spurs seem very focused and energized, affiliation and fandom aside, i still put my smart money on them to win the 2nd game of this series.

Whether my comment is appropiate or not to deserve an eyerolling, i'm sure the betting houses around the world are good judges for that notion ;). And, should the Spurs lead 2-0, but the Kings put a very hard resistance in the 2nd game -say, getting it into an overtime or two, then my smart money would go for Sacto, atleast to get 1 win at home (with the assumption they'll carry their momentum forward).

I think the Kings will win. I expect an inspiring game from the boys. Plus, I don't think the Spurs can shoot like Saturday two nights in a row. I expect a rough game, and the referees will take over the game quick. Therefore, it will be ugly. There will be technical fouls, flagrant fouls, and perhaps minor injuries to both teams. Greg Popovic will be ejected in the second quarter. The Kings will remain under control because they will be on a righteous and holy mission.

I think San Antonio is going to win. Duncan and Giniboli weren't weren't even that assertive and they still won because of their bench. TD is not going to play like the first game. He's going to at least drop 28-36 and 15 rebounds.

Dream on. You think they have a time machine or something?

You keep saying "my smart money." Some people don't think betting on sporting events is ever smart...

;)
VF21, perhaps i should say a smart, virtual money rather than a real one :D. As a moslem, indeed i've never bet with the spirit of gambling ever in my life. Well, perhaps a few time i was betting with roommates back then in my college days, no serious thing for sure

ill bring this back up after the game on Tuesday. ;)

Some people are just too hyped up about the Kings recent success. Remembers it was just for half of the season and does not mean that the Kings would be a 3rd or 4th seed if they had Artest for the whole season. We're still a 8th seed. Which means we could be easily swept by the defending champs.

I'm sorry, we're winning this game. With all the ****in bull**** that's been going on, the amount of fire that is stored up will be overwhelming even without Ron. If I'm a King player I'm EXTRA pissed for tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Kings win outright tommorrow. It will be interesting to watch the Vegas line tommorrow to see how much of the public money will be on the Kings.

The NBA is crooked as they come.

it shouldn't take something like a bull**** suspension to get our guys fired up. being down by 34 at the half says alot about the coach and our players.

I voted for Kings win.

I think we will win the games at Arco, so its a case of can we steal one at their place?...not easy, but certainly not out of the question.

GO KINGS !!
