I would be surprised if the Maloofs didn't look happy. They have always been the type to act as if whatever the outcome was is the one they wanted. I don't think their ego would allow them to show otherwise. If the team goes to Vivek I am sure they will say how they are glad the team stays in Sacramento, and how great the fans are. How they knew the team would stay in Sac and they were just using the threat of moving for leverage but they REALLY wanted the Kings to stay in Sac because they love Sac.... or something to that affect.

Pretty much.
