Yeah you know what we won and are 3-1 but our defense is horrid. We have speant 2 years getting tough guys, shot blockers and good perimeter defenders. If you ask me our defense looked better with Miller and Keven Martin. I mean this is awful. zero perimeter defense on 3 pt shooters. BTW isn't that Donte's specialty???????????
I take back everything I said about PW's supposed lack of offensive strategy. The team is clearly following his well-planned and unique scheme - let the other team accumulate a 15+ point lead, then give the players a can of spinach each and unleash them on the unsuspecting opponent. PW - you are indeed ahead of your time.
What an exciting game! I watched the game on NBA pass and boy, Arco was going crazy. It was wild. It is so nice to see that. The Maloof brothers were loving it, too. Contrary to what half of Sacramento thinks of them they are the best owners in the NBA. Dalemburt was a beast as was Cousins. Omri's 3 point bombs were again tremendous. We got the win BUT the Kings need to stop digging themselves in a hole in the first half. They have heart to chip away and get back. Its early in the season and hopefully with another 10 games or so they get more comfortable with each other and start playing better D. BTW, Omri's dish to Cousins in the 4th was HUGE! Go Kings!!!!!!!
I had about 5 strokes in the 4th quarter, lol. Tyreke was a maestro out there. He went back to what made him so special last season. He was patient and looked for his guys and when it was there, attacked the basket. I can't wait to see what happens when DMC actually gets into REAL NBA shape. I think this team has its "Big Three" in Casspi, DMC and Havoc. I'm so excited to think about how they will grow together and become a real excellent team in a few years. Go Giants, thought I'd throw that in, lol!
Euroball via the Raptors, that's how...being 3-1 is great but all the games I've seen thus far involve the other team being just a little more careless in defense or not taking advantage of the Kings defense. Sacto has earned all its wins, but a whole lot of luck was involved too. I hope they not planning the same "fall behind and come right back" with the Lakers...
