To be fair what do you expect them to say in the heat of a game?

Bosh has also indicated in interviews that he thinks he should be the focal point of a team and that he won't sign somewhere else with a star already in place.

Of course $$$ does funny things to people.

who cares wat jarret jerk says, his team aint going anywhere. maybe a first round exit, thats if they make it to the PO's. it would be pathetic if they didnt make it in the east with that roster. Lets go charolette, heat and chi town! knock raps out the box!

Hey I think they said the right thing. If I was playing for a team and another team fan asked me if I wanted to join theirs, I would stated "no" as well. If they keep heckling about it, I would make fun about it too.

/shrug maybe I just don't take what people said too seriously.

Regarding the trade: It's all about the $$$ then the chance to compete.

in response to what jack said....this is comming from a dude who plays in TORONTO! who here knows exactly where toronto is besides "it's in canada". and another thing, if nobody even knows it's in california (considering its the capitol of california) then that's certainly saying something about the education system here haha

then again, if i was getting my butt kicked by 20 points i'd be pretty pissed off too

Considering the the lack of geographic knowledge of so many Americans, it would not surprise me if a large number don't know that Toronto's in Canada. ;)

BTW, if someone in some other arena kept asking Evans to come to their team, I can only hope he'll say, "Hell, no." :)

Agreed; this is a non-issue. This doesn't even make the news anywhere other than Sacramento, where we as Kings Fans tend to have the equivalent of "short man syndrome."

The entire Raptors organization is falling apart right now. Slowly getting pushed out of the playoffs, getting beat at the last second by Kobe and letting a super-rookie like Evans destroy your team in consecutive games will do that to you.

If you take a look at the Raptors boards, people are seriously down on the team with people calling for Colangelo's head, statements that Bosh is overrated, and that Hedo is an overpaid waste of roster space.

It's kind of sad really, and I don't blame Jack and Bosh for being such douches last night.

Still, it feels good to be on the upswing and not on the downturn like the Raptors.

Actually, Toronto's a pretty nice city. One of the best I've ever visited. That being said, I agree with the rest of your statement.

Toronto is in the province of Ontario. It's on the east side of Canada. It's also the music capital of Canada and a VERY diverse city. Kinda like the New York of Canada. (lived in Canada for 2 years)

It is a beautiful, very international and large city.

It's the 4th largest media market in North America and the only two NBA teams with better viewer numbers are Cleveland and LA. They were talking about that on KHTK yesterday.

I love Sacramento and have lived in the region for a long time. However, Sacramento does not compare to Toronto as a modern metropolitan city. Having said that, Jack is a jerk and Sacramento certainly has charms (weather is one) that Toronto doesn't and is a perfectly nice place to live.

Since my father's family is from the Province of Ontario and I was born in Ottawa, I DO know where Toronto is. ;)

It's not just Kings fans. it's a city-wide complex. Probably natural since we share the State with two heavyweight cities in LA and SF. I've lived in both those places and I'd still choose to live in Sacto, but maybe I'm the oddball. ;)

If we were like Salt Lake City in Utah (no competition), we'd be the City King of the Hill in CA. ;)

I completely agree - however if you google Bosh and Hell no we seem to be the butt of a lot of other fan boards' jokes today.

Truthfully it is a stupid question to ask in game and expect anything but the responses given.

I'm sure he'd at least listen to Petrie's pitch in the offseason, though I think we have virtually no shot.

Really though, the joke's on the Raptors and Bosh. They got blown out by the fifth worst team in the league and lost valuable ground in the playoff race. Also, I really don't think Bosh can win a championship as 'the' guy, and when he walks this off season it's going there's going to be a suicide watch in Raptor land. Even worse for Bosh, the team that might have been the best fit for him (Houston) just traded their biggest expiring for Kevin Martin and Jordan Hill. Even if Bosh signed for less money, Kevin Martin +Bosh does not a championship contender make. Until Bosh can take that second fiddle Pau Gasol type role, he's going to be on the outside looking in (and ironically, Reke +Bosh would be a lot like Kobe +Pau).

This. What players say to hecklers/fans of the opposing team when you're losing needs to be taken with a trade shipment's worth of salt.

Is Jack supposed to say he loves Sac?

Summed up eloquently and succinctly.

We here sure do take offense to a lot about non issues on this board, and it speaks more about us than anything else. Might as well go to the top of the mountain and let every other team and its fans know that we are insecure and read way too much into any perceived slight.
