Its a little better then last year but nowhere near SD. Beggars can't be choosers but I'm paying 15 bucks, this should be at least approaching SD. It shouldn't be hard for the NBA get a decent online broadcast going. I have seen far better quality streams for free by complete amateurs.

Has struggled with entry passes into the post and free throws. Been getting by his man no problem and has been finding open teammates. Doesn't have a ton of assists cus guys are missing shots or getting fouled. Only summer league but his ability to penetrate is nice.

But Donte is killin the boards! Which makes me really happy, since I want him to bring more then missed 3s. Apperantly he's been going inside too? I just read an article about our new coach getting on him about that. Puttin those new 15 lbs of muscle to work.


Maybe JT isnt getting the bounces, I wont trip.

Yeah he mentioned himself after the practices that he needs to work on the entry passes. His TOs will go down once he gets some experience and gets used to him teammates.

Here are a few halftime notes -

Brockman is very fun to watch. Ive counted three times he has gotten on the floor in the first half, and it wasnt like he was just doing it because thats his rep, they were all very positive plays .. 1 drew a foul and he got FT's, one saved a possession and another was on a loose ball scramble where as soon as he hit the grounf he passed it to a cutting Evans for the slam.

Donte Greene has also impressed me. Of course he has his share of bad shots, I counted 2 bad 3pta, but I love how most of his points came frome going to the basket .. he even had one post up spin move. The best part is that he is doing other things on the floor too .. blocked a couple shots and is leading the team with 6 rebounds. It looks like he is becoming more than just a scorer, which is obnviously good news.

JT - JT has been JT, Thorpe tweeted that he looked bigger which is good for us, he should be dominating down low and for the most part he is.

Evans looks like he can do whatever he wants out there, but he isnt. Came as advertised being able to get to the basket whenever he wants .. The turnovers are bad though .. I think all of them were his fault, not just someone missing a pass, he got stripped twice I think and dribbled it off himself at least once.

Casspi looks inconsistent thus far .. made a nice jumper with someone contesting the shot hard, and a nice dish to battle for the easy 2.

Battle looks like a bigger version of Diogu. He is playing stong under the basket with 6pts in 4 mins.


I'd like to see bryant get some pt.

Well, we all knew Casspi is raw. I like his potential.

If Donte's improvement lasts for longer then summer league, we're definately going to have to move one of Cisco or Noc though...

...Of course like Kings Faithful said, he is the MJ of summer league.

This announcer is too much. At the beginning he was saying how Brockman is going to do well in Europe. NOw he's saying how he'll be a great addition off the bench for the kings. Too funny.

Its not you. I can't see the number or the ball when I go with full screen. This is simple a poor quality stream. I'm over this, hopefully the replays are better.

I though Evans and Brockman looked pretty good out there. Evans is nothing like Salmons. He makes his move quickly or moves the ball. Very little over dribbling and looks for his teammates on penetration. He found Brockman a few times for good shots. Brockman on the offensive end just runs the floor and sets him self up for the pass off of penetration. Just out there playing harder then anyone else, nothing new. Greene is clearly making an effort to get to the basket but doesn't look comfortable doing it. #22 needs to be sat down he is all over the place.

Don't worry. Its the 1st game so everyone is going to make mistakes. These guys only practice 3 times together. Its bascially a pick up game at the park. Also everyone hasn't played in a real game for a while.
