Eh, I don’t get this line of thinking. I mean, anything can happen. The Splash Brothers might hit everything they chuck up tonight. But it will have nothing to do with somehow being able to play harder and better just because they are angry or feel backed into a corner.

If they weren’t already trying to play as hard and as well as they could the first two games, they got bigger problems to worry about.

They are gonna try just as hard as they did before. The result might be better, it might be the same, or it might be worse.

That’s it.
True. Warriors have already given it their best shot. Only thing that may change is their 3pt shot falls more. At the same time, part of their 3pt struggle is due to Kings defense and tired legs at the end of games.

That being said, the Kings can shoot better too, so.....

I just want to remind everyone that if a 3-0 were to happen here, it's not the end of the series. They win game 4 at home and take game 5 on the road....and then it's up for grabs where experience is even more valuable. It's not over till it's finished
Oh I definitely agree, I won’t be comfortable at all even if we go up 3-0. I was just pointing out that the crowd will be extra pumped to help prevent their team fall to the cursed 3-0 deficit.
No team in NBA history has ever blown a 3-0 playoff series lead, but the team that has come closest to doing that was the 1951 Rochester Royals. Which just goes to show you that KANGZ transcends time and space.

Will this be the game Keegan comes alive for us? Sure would be a nice time. I'm gonna go with yes.
I also believe that this is the game in which Murray shows up. The way that the Warriors have been defending the DHO has had a dramatic impact on Murray's ability to get good looks from outside. And, with Green suspended, I expect the Warriors to not be as sharp on that DHO blitz: they're going to have to play that coverage with different guys, and I think that the split-second that is created by the defender being Kuminga instead of Green is going to be all that Murray needs to get off that shot. I'm anticipating the kid to bury at least three triples tonight.

I remember the Trailblazers forcing GM7 against Dallas during Dirk's heyday after falling down 3-0. I remember wanting the Blazers to complete the comeback quite BADLY. IIRC Bonzi Wells was on that team.

IMO the Grizzlies are the most organic successful team. Basically everyone that plays significant minutes for them other than Adams, Tyus Jones and Kennard were drafted by them. They hit on nearly everything, whether they drafted in the lottery, back end of the first round, second round or even with their undrafted free agents.

.

My God, they’re starting to mimic the movie Downfall. Maybe Steiner can take on Sabonis.
It should be noted that Trysta Krick is trolling Warriors fans with all her tweets. I’m not on Twitter but she’s a pretty regular guest on the DLo and KC afternoon show and she’s been on the Kings wagon all year. She is NOT a Warriors fan.

That really changes everything for us. Hopefully if and when our 3's do fall, we continue to give them a healthy dose of physicality and strong takes to the hoop.

First time I ever saw her I swear she was repping Blazers but talking up the Kings big. She's a goldmine when she baits one.

Dubs are mostly home grown but the primary reason they are able to skirt the cap the way they do (luxury bill included) is because KD chose them in 2016 when the cap did it's crazy thing, and when he left he requested Nets do a S&T which allowed Warriors to ping pong the salary that became Wiggins. IIRC they also got a pick for taking his salary.

They got super lucky that Steph got hurt before his second contract, thus they were not paying him market value too. Then KD, Steph and Klay are all gone and they get #2 overall which they blew.

BUT, they did build the team the right way and then got extremely fortuitous on a few occasions. The bill is now due though, and I can easily see them in no mans land for 4-5 seasons when its over.

Currently, only Lyles (50%), Monk (45.5%), and Mitchell (37.5%) are shooting well from distance. Fox is shooting 6-18 or 33%, and taking a lot more three-pointers than anyone else. No one else on the roster has hit more than two three-pointers across two games.

There is a lot of potential offensive production for the Kings that can show up tonight and Sunday.

What’s insane is the locked on warriors podcast hosts were saying that Draymond gets a bad rap because of his personality and that the suspension wasn’t warranted. They didn’t once mention that he KNOCKED OUT HIS OWN TEAMMATE AND NOTHING HAPPENED!!
Nevermind they mentioned it a few minutes later but still brushed it off lol

Warriors have done a REALLY good job at closing out on Huerter and Keegan. You can tell that it was a focus of their defensive schemes to chase them off the threes and stop the DHO action that usually creates their best looks from distance. Understandable that Fox has taken the most shots from 3, Warriors would rather him shoot 3s than destroy them on the drive. Though 33% isn’t great, he’s hit the big ones in the 4th that have been crucial to our 2 wins.
