I get it. Kings play didn't deserve this win, but the Kings also don't deserve to have to play through the Refs bullcrap either. We aren't some 50+ win team that can absorb those points, we're trying to show we're a .500 team first.

Last 10 seconds perfect example of the stupid ****ing refs bias. Weak little body checked called on Fox, weak contact from Russ on Fox's arm let go. HMM I WONDER WHAT THE DIFFERENCE IS?!?!?!?? ANY GUESSES????

I don't understand the decision to call the review with one TO which would advance the ball. They probably wouldn't have given the Kings the ball on a successful challenge.

Also BS to call that for the Lakers in Sacramento, even though it was a foul. Also Russ fouled Fox. FU. FThis.

F the refs...that is not a foul on Fox. Remember, they whistle the foul late which mean it is the 2nd contact, not the first. Kings got robbed. It sucks that Sabonis fouled out...i think the teammates need to help him out when he's in foul trouble. They had to stay in the lane because the Lakers is looking to drive and get him to foul. Too bad some of the Kings players are not smart enough to help when someone is in foul trouble.

Enough about the dam refs. The lakers played last night and yet, looked fresh and rested cause the kings played some of the worst defense I’ve seen in years. Wow.
They deserved to lose this game.

Wish we got to see the final minute without Brown's timeouts...

I know thats with the benefit of hindsight but still both of those timeouts clearly did more harm than good.

Fox never got fouled on his last 3. The last 2 replays clearly showed. Blame Lyles for that dumbass inbounds pass if you want to hang this on somebody.
To give Lyles a break, that was a tough spot to be put in. Fox was kind of reverse posting all the way across the floor, haha. That's as tough a pass angle he could have given Trey.

Brown’s coaches challenge was a stupid decision
It's a risk but I don't think it is stupid. The referee whistle the foul very late which mean it should be the 2nd contact, not the 1st. Even the first contact is light...and usually they don't make those calls, not especially when the game is tied up.

Still a back to back game for them. Again we always make the excuse. The flight from Utah is 2hrs and we got an extra hour. Yet the same excuse was pouring out on this board after the Hawks game
We just got thru a pretty rough stretch of games at 3-4 which granted should’ve been 4-3 if we pulled through tonight.

5 of our next 6 games are schedule W’s with the one challenge being a date with the Lakers at scammer.com arena. I’ve sat through enough 20-something win seasons with this team to not hit the panic button quite yet

Buck stops with him though. He won't throw anyone under the bus. Not his style.
Yeah if there's one thing that we've learned over the past couple of months, it's that Mike Brown is probably the most accountable coach this team has had since at least Mike Malone. It's precisely what makes him a good coach.

Something needs to be done about the defense. It feels like we can’t ever hold a lead and games keep going down to the wire (when we’re not losing). What’s the next move Monte?

Im fine with the challenge because it WASNT A ******* FOULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL….horrible loss and the NBA got some splainin to do on why they continue to let this go on. NFL, NBA…..nobody calls a foul there with time expiring….joke!

I hope the coaching staff is able to press a reset on the team before the next game. This was not a game that should have come down to final shots or possessions. A simple defensive focus from the jump would have changed this quite a bit.

Kings need to practice inbound the the ball from out of the bound man....they don't seem to know how to get it in. Why is Fox so far away. There should be multiple options to get guy open. That's in excusable. They have problem against one of the team earlier in the season as well. How are you going to win games if you can't even do the basic things? Also, there is no reason Bryant is winning the rebound and shoot like he's Kobe Bryant lol.

Brown’s coaches challenge was a stupid decision
Yeah, it was a terrible call but there was slight contact. Refs never make the decision that “oh, yeah..maybe we shouldn’t make that call at this time of the game” There has to be no contact for them to reverse themselves. You have to be sure to deny yourself the opportunity to advance the ball for a final shot.

I fear that they didn’t consider the timeout which is a very bad coaching error.

I agree with Brown taking a shot at the challenge. The sideline coaching staff only has a brief few seconds to let the coach know what they think. It looked like a 50/50ish call, so they took their chance

Or here me out here... Let someone inbound the ball who you actually trust making a good pass? Fox, Barnes, Huerter, bring Davion in for the possession. Lyles might actually be the last guy in the rotation I want to trust to make a good clean pass/decision

it infuriates me to no end that you call that against the home team. and of course it's the Lakers. And we were completely f'd out of a championship in 2002 because of propping up that stupid franchise that happens to be from LA.

It was a foul my man. He clearly bumped him. To be fair, Fox got up the court in plenty of time for a shot, just didn’t go in.
