To even remotely suggest that Cousins lacks commitment is so opposite the truth it's disturbing.
What he probably lacks is a "yes man" attitude that Karl desires so that Karl can put his ego all over this franchise. Karl doesn't desire a relationship, he desires servitude. Cousins doesn't do servitude, he does however do respect, and you have to earn it, which is not difficult, provided you are a straightforward person, which it seems Karl is not.
I trust Cousins far more than Karl, as we have repeatedly seen that Cousins trusts and works fantastically well with good leaders or honest people (Malone, Callipari, even Corbin), but has problems (rightly so) with dictocrats or incompetants (Westphal, now Karl apparently, etc.)
