I don't disagree with Dave often, but I do disagree about Casspi (if, in fact, it's just a hunch and not actually based on some information not publicly known).

Omri is a pretty essential piece in that he can play 2,3,4 for us if needed and fits exactly what Karl wants off the bench, plus he has proven he can be consistent throughout the season as his only bad stint of the season was because of injury/coaching. When given minutes he brings it every night. At the same time I could see a contender going after him, every team can use an Omri.

The problem with Dave is that it's essentially impossible to tell the difference between "Just a hunch" meaning "I've got inside info and I can't say anything about it" and "Just a hunch" meaning "Just a hunch".
Usually it's the former. But I can't always come out and say so. Just the way it is.

In this case, it's what I'm hearing. I like Omri and think he's a good value, especially if he keeps his salary down. But with so many players tough to unload this summer, he's one of the few UFA's, and I'm pretty sure this is going to be an all-out housecleaning by Karl and Vlade.

Appreciate you clarifying. I know that isn't always easy.

Just hope this front office doesn't throw the baby out. At some point we need some stability to build chemistry.

Very interesting comment, Colonel Dave. :p

You're such a lurker. Decided to turn your attention away from watching the Giants and Kings at the same time?

Andrew Wiggins is their best player. Kevin Martin is probably their second best.

Of the guys out, Rubio has never looked right this season after suffering a rather serous injury, Dieng has a concussion so it's not like they're just resting him for the sake of the tank, Shabazz screwed up his finger and had to have surgery so he's actually out, Pek is a solid player but also has a sprained ankle, Neal is a good 3-and-D role player but isn't exactly a huge part of their team, Kevin Garnett is now just a really old dude who occassionally helps the team but is mostly just there for marketing purposes, and Anthony Bennett makes Derrick Williams look like a great draft pick in comparison this far into their respective careers.

So while the T-Wolves are sitting a bunch of people who'd help their team, it's not as if they're resting the one guy on their team that can pretty much change a game on his own like we are.
