Let me say that a whole bunch of Kings I've never heard of look pretty good and we are leading 21-16. Clyburn had a steal and rebound with a put back dunk that impressed me.

Bad looking bend of the knee for McLemore, but he's walking now.

Ray looks fine running the point and defending the point. Aiken has been the most impressive so far.

Ben is missing shots, but his stroke looks good. Tried to drive on a guy a few plays ago and it went badly. It really looks like he has no dribble game.

So far Mac looks to have a standard SG game...and the problems creating for himself look legit.

this may have been intentional by the FO, but it makes us very conventional and easy to guard if he's not special.

1st quarter impressions:

-Ray looks incredibly comfortable running the team. He has a very calming presence and he got guys at least 3 open looks (which they bricked) and played some good D

-Malone's impact is apparent. We're hustling on D, we have strong rotations, and we're forcing guys into tough shots.

-McLemore had a rough shooting quarter % wise, but I love the sort of shots he was getting. A lot of coming off screens and getting great open outside shots. He forced a few looks, but that's to be expected in the 1st quarter of your pro career.

BMac has forced two shots... he should stop.
your joking right? he's the 7th pick in the draft thats best known as a shooter???? stop shooting???? wow well your not coaching for a reason. its summer league... have you ever watched a summer league game before?

Ben has forced a few shots, but it doesn't look like he is trying to do too much which is refreshing. Anyone remember Robinson last year going 1000 miles an hour trying to force everything? Ben looks more smooth and comfortable.

Perhaps waiting more than the 1st quarter of his first ever summer league game to declare him special or not special would be more appropriate. I know you are upset Tyreke is no longer with us and possibly view Bmac as his replacement, but you defended Tyreke in every which way possible, so I will do the same for a rookie in his first ever pro minutes. Patience, my friend.

It makes him predictable if he is not special. By all reports , he is special.

Did you miss the *IF* that you bolded? He didn't declare him special or not. The *IF* word you bolded clearly shows it is currently unknown. Way to bring Tyreke into the conversation for no apparent reason than to start an argument.

The rebound and dunk was spwecial abut the announcers seem to be in a different world so I'm not sure who is wjho. I think it weas McLemore.

I know it's summer league but Ray McCallum has been impressive.
He isn't trying to do too much and is playing his game which is something that normally isn't seen in summer league. So many guys trying to show every last ability whether they have it or not makes Ray stand out more! His willingness to defer to the other guys on the court should make him a good fit with Cuz.

Little heat check from McLemore.

Ray Mac has been impressive. Very involved defensively, running the PG with a vet like calmness. Doesn't look to have any ball-handling or athleticism issues either.

Ray M looks like he can take his man off the dribble every time. He's most certainly our 3rd PG this year
I'm not so sure about that. (I think IT might very well get traded, if so, Ray will be #2. And he looks ready to do that. Summer League, I know.)
