The Kings are in the midst of their longest road trip of the season with a six-game swing that started Tuesday night in Chicago.
Then the Kings play at New York, Detroit, Cleveland, Miami and Washington before returning to Sacramento on Feb. 28 for two games before three more on the road.
The plus side, Kings coach Keith Smart said, is a chance for the players to bond on the road. Dine together, hang out together.
"Guys are starting to do things together," Smart said. "And I think that's one of the reasons we did have some success the last week or so of playing games, because guys were pulling for each other, and that is a direct result of being off the floor together a little bit more."
