Wrestling fans...Benoit Family found dead

Horrible, my buddy called me called and woke me up with this news last night, i was half asleep and it didnt register with me untill this morning, i was never a big Benoit fan but he had my full respect and i knew how big his talents were, im still just shocked and wish i had a chance to watch RAW last night.

R.I.P. to those fallen in this mess

IMHO McMahon and everyone connected with RAW would be much better off if they just shut up about the whole thing.

This is a tragedy regardless of how each of the people died. I've been through a situation where family members were murdered by a loved one who then took his own life. It's unbearably painful and nothing good can come out of retracting a tribute that was already done.

Until the dust has settled and all the lab tests, etc. are completed I would think the better course of action would be to say nothing more at this point.

Hopefully alot of good will come out of this. The Industry needs to change.

An off season for starters. Athletic commissions in every state and province to regulate wrestling.

The part of myself that can't stand VKM wants to blame him for airing the show but the rational side thinks that there wasn't enough information at the time to not air the tribute show.

Heres some audio by Bryan Alvarez of Figure Four Weekly. This is his Figure 4 Daily podcast for today(done with permission) with a lot of information. He also reveals the relationship hes had with him over the years.

This was done as a mirror. The site was being hammered so a few of us put these up.

Thx SlugKing... For those who don't have the time to listen to it, here is a recap I did on another board

For those that don't want to listen to what I posted...

Basically says that Benoit was told he was too small and would never get into the WWE because of it, and that ever since then he has stayed on steroids and has never gotten off of them.

After Eddie G. died and they found he had enlarged internal organs because of HGH, the WWE implemented a wellness policy and wanted their wrestlers off of steroids, but the program didn't really last. He noticed that after the Eddie G death and the program on TV that wrestlers were getting noticeably smaller, but then when the program stopped being implemented that the wrestlers got a lot bigger again. As a wrestler you get self conscious of yourself when you get off of steroids because you lose muscle, you get a bit fatter, and some of the moves you once could do now get harder.

Chris was one of the nicest guys he had ever known. But doesn't condone it at all. He just wishes he knew why. Talked to a friend who is a crime scene investigator and said that every single murderer who commits murder LIKE THIS has had something wrong with their brain.

He has been wiped from WWE.com not including the story following the murders.

Talked about television programmers dropping WWE if they don't do some major retooling because of how horrific this was, and how big of a star he was. Everyone originally thought it was not Chris... Because he was just such a nice guy. Talked about the scenario many people thought about was wife killing son, Chris killing wife, then killing himself. She had had depression issues, and maybe had killed her child. People were thinking everything but him killing them both.

Talked about the text messages to Chavo, and said there was no way Chavo could have known anything had happened. There was a period where Kurt Angle was very depressed and people were worried that he was going to die or kill himself, and that if they had received a text like that from Kurt at the time maybe he would have been worried, but never for Chris. Can't blame Chavo, and hope he doesn't feel bad about it. It was Chris and nobody else.

Still no motive known... Will be 2 weeks before we receive toxicology reports. The timing has not been confirmed as of yet as to when they all died. But it's believed Nancy died Fri, Daniel, Sat, and Benoit on Sun. Which would put away any thoughts about Nancy killing the son first.

Many wrestlers are completely devastated. There are some really ****ed up people in the WWE, and that if they died nobody would care. But the Chris Benoit that everyone knew that he could not kill himself, his wife, or his child. He was just such a great guy and he just doesn't understand.

Received an angry e-mail from someone who knew Chris Benoit and INSISTED that they never ever had marital issues. (However, now we know that there were marital issues)

Keeps reiterating about as someone who knows Chris, that he is just numb. He just doesn't understand. He understands that Chris was incredibly depressed after Eddie died. After Eddie died at night Chris wrote letters to Eddie every night and believed Eddie was reading them in heaven.

One day he got a present out of nowhere from Chris, which was an Eddie Guerrero memorial chair that was on stage when he won the WWE championship. Chris loved Booker T, and made him a very expensive replica WCW championship built as a gift. And he just can't figure out how such a nice guy could do this.

Needs time to think. Very sad... Will update later.
