No winning streak for the Kings as they easily lost to the tired Blazers. Kings @ 22-44 and 16-16 at home still have a chance for the post season in case that we win all and Spurs lose all. Kings 6th worst in the NBA have a chance to be the 8th worst (Spencer Hawes area) if they manage to beat the Wolves. Kings 1-1 on the 5 game home stand with Wolves, lakers and Bucks coming up.

Not too longs ago games between Wolves and Kings were battles most of them Thursday's on TNT. Today - a matchup to wannabe NBA teams searching desperately to find the way back at least to mediocrity. Most of those guys are retired and some of them play like they should be.
L Sprewell - still waiting for someone to pay him 12 millions per season. His family probably starved by now
K Garnett- still plays on one leg. Won his ring. Doesn't cry anymore
E Johnson - probably getting very fat somwhere
T Hassell - "plays" for the Nets
S Cassell - while waiting for another lord of the rings sequel - acting as a assistant coach
M Olowokandi - probably homeless by now
W Szczerbiak - free agent
D Martin - can't even be goggled
F Hoiberg - probably a mayor in some podunk town
M Madsen - free agent
G Trent - reitred
O Miller - buffet
P Stojakovic - enjoys his legendary contract and balding fast
C Webber - act as some kind of analyst on NBA/TNT
V Divac - head of Serbian Olympic Committee and getting really fat really fast

M Bibby - promotes long socks while not playing any defense i Atlanta

Blazers played like an elite team despite having to deal with back to back situation. They set the tone on defense and were very patient offensively where our zone gave them almost no trouble at all. A team who has more turnovers than assists doesn't deserve to be called a NBA team. What we did last night was pathetic. Now, I am all for losing all but 2 games for the rest of the way but not this way. This was beyond brutal.

Roy vs Evans - another game, another battle - it wasn't a battle, ikt was an execution. Reke is not in the same stratosphere as Brandon Roy yet. Won't be befoer he can shoot a jumper which has been brutal lately.
Kings big man vs double double - a rare phenomena - s doublr double would require our big man to get at least 10 rebounds. Who are we kidding here ?
Casspi vs give us anything - I suspect a "space jam" effect. - Omri was worse than usual. It may not be possible but it appears that way.
Batum vs TDM - will he do it again ? he did it again but nowghere near dominant like 4 days ago
piksi vs dozing off in recent games - mission impossible - Did not sleep only beause there was a charity tennis event from Indian Wells which was fun to watch.

Battle of the titans on Sunday as wolves come to town with season series even as both teams easily won their home games. Wolves have been tanking for a while and I expect us to dominate and win the game pretty easy. Kings will play better mostrly because Wilves don't really play defense.

Wolves 14-52, 5-27 on the road are the 2nd worst team in the NBA with a decent chance to draft another PG in the summer. They play smart (make sure they lose). With Warriors being close- they won't risk it by winning a game. They have lost 8 straight. They have enough talent to win 25 games so they are underachieving. Ellington gets the TDM. Jefferson abuses us but at the end Kings win.
