If you can’t see that derozan pounds the ball idk what to tell you. Zach doesn’t get assists but he passes the ball or shoots. I didn’t say he creates for anyone I said he moved the ball. Of course derozan has more assists he pounds the ball like a black hole and may pass out at the end of the clock but that’s not the ball movement we need.

12 of the 15 players in this picture were All-Stars last season. Of the other three, Devin Booker has been an All-Star 4 times and DeMar DeRozan has been an All-Star 6 times. You might not like watching that style of basketball, but the vast majority of NBA fans don't seem to mind it when their team is winning.

You know what, I can appreciate a dash of spite-motivated schadenfreude. So in the same spirit I promise not to tell you "I told you so" or remind you about this post when you turn on him at some point in the next 8 months.
