I'd take Evans as long as I didn't play him at pg. Don't like Rondo or Ellis. Curry is great but, so far, injury prone.

I'm going to stick with the one I brought to the dance. I love Curry, but his injuries are a big concern. I've never been sure what Ellis is. And I've never been a big fan of Rondo's. Now if you had added Chris Paul to the list, I'd probably change my mind.

1. Rondo
2. Evans
3. Curry
4. Ellis

Rondo v. Evans is close. When you look at our roster loaded with 2s, I'd rather have Rondo. The Kings blue print can change a lot depending upon where they pick, but I think Rondo for Evans makes a lot of sense for both teams.

Monta is a black hole, undersized, and a defensive liability. Rondo is a great facillitator but a prima donna and not what this team needs. Gonna have to stick with Evans.

Rondo.

Evans should have shown the next step by now if he was what people wanted him to be. Ellis is Ellis, a stats maker that takes you nowhere. Curry is more the enigma. Defensively weak and I'm not sure he's more than a great B-tier. Offensively though he is the most well rounded and I haven't seen him be the main guy. Curious how he would look without an Ellis next to him.

And how was dear Rondo fairing in his first 3 seasons?

Is this a serious question? His stats and performance improved noticeably from his rookie year. He had nearly 17 & 10 avg in the playoffs in his second year (I believe) and by his third year he was putting up multiple triple doubles in the playoffs. He was also becoming one of the best defensive guards in the league by then.

So how come his name is repeatedly mentioned in trade rumors as well as Ainge trying to trade him for Tyreke? Something is there with that kid and you are obviously overlooking that. Head ain't right. Attitude is all bad.

Rondo for Evans and Cisco. Amnesty Salmons. Draft the best small forward that can shoot.

Rondo / Thomas
Thornton / Jimmer
Barnes / Honeycutt
Thompson / Hayes
Cousins

Good start. Parts that fit together. A good cap.

Because Boston wants to rebuild completely. He is certainly noted for being weird when compared to your average NBA personality, but he is an established talent.

"Head ain't right attitude is all bad" doesn't make sense for an NBA champion that plays hard ever play.

I'm surprised no one on is talking about rondo's attitude. Seems like the reason hey he is being shopped so hard is because he doesn't really get along with the coach or other teammates. I mean why else would Boston not build around him unless he is not worth the hassle. Also read the real reason he was cut from team USA was attitude

No thanks on the malcontent. I feel we're at such a precarious position in terms of enthusiasm, motivation, and camaraderie that inserting someone as volatile as Rondo into this group would be a bad, bad move. Talent-wise, I know Tyreke isn't done maturing as an NBA player. He can't be - he's 22. I'll take his attitude and potential to improve over the rest of the lot right now, as he is a multi-dimensional talent that just needs to mature as a player.
