That sorta looks like Yo, so I'd guess that's who it is. I wanted to say Tweety, but I couldn't figure out why they'd be somewhere together and Tweety also wouldn't appear taller than Ticha.
I have it on good authority that it (1) is in fact Tweety and (2) Ticha and Tweety are fused together in the front page picture from two separate pictures.
Just tuning in & I knew that was Tweety by her braids & glasses.
I did find the photo odd that they seemed to be avoiding walking together.

At first, I thought it was a photo of both of them walking together at the same time and in the same place. Of course, I instantly recognized Ticha, but couldn't figure out who was the other one.
But judging from their frowning faces, it could only be an opposing team's player!
As for the "fused" photo, it had me fooled at first. Then I realized that there's no way Ticha and Tweety could walk side-by-side, especially before a game. And I presume the photo were probably taken during the WNBA Finals! (Which probably explains the frowns!)
