Who is Going to Be Representing the Kings at the Draft Lottery on May 21?

In response to the OP, as long as it's not freaking Adrienne Maloof again, I don't care. I would suspect either Kevin Johnson or Vivek Ranadive or BOTH. It would be nice to honor Carmichael Dave and Mike Tavares, too.

Kevin Johnson, Mike, Tavares, or Carmichael Dave would be awesome.

Donte Greene. The man knew Reke's half court shot was going in right when it was released. He's got the mojo to bring home the #1 pick.

he's on the Grizzlies for the playoffs.

Interesting. I did not know that. So he hasn't even played a single minute as a Grizzlie but he's on the playoff roster? I wonder how that happened.

He got picked up as an insurance policy of sorts.

it's only possible for the very late-season-pickups to play in postseason, if they had not logged a minute of NBA action this season. it's why guys like Quentin Richardson, Tracy McGrady and our very own Donté Greene are now littering the benches of New York, San Antonio and Memphis, and why it was so particularly cruel of SA to cut Stephen Jackson as late as they did. made him ineligible for the playoffs, as well as it cost him another chance at a ring. he must have done some fairly egregrious things.

T-Mac is averaging 7 rebounds, 7 assists, 7 blocks, 7 steals and almost 4 rebounds per 36 minutes for the Spurs. Granted, he only played 10 minutes of garbage time, but still... ;)

Pop doesn't tolerate anything.

not entirely accurate, i believe. he had dealt with Jackson before and he was there for last year's playoffs and there have been other hotheads on his teams. he's less than tolerant towards any deviations from his team concept than most, but he tolerates a certain level of impudence until the point where it hurts the team, at least.

I say we Make CD drive the RV with Sign Lady, KJ and Mike!!!!!

I said Ranadivé before, but since escrow won't close until the end of the month it's probably best to have somebody related to the team outside of the new ownership group.

I'll say KJ or Richmond now.

i think the right strategy would be to send vivek, we have to show everyone we are past the maloof era.. and push our new face of the franchise to the forefront, i wouldnt mind kj, bt i think vivek is the best answer to show that it is a new era in sacramento kings basketball

There's room for Mitch in the RV ;)

I think KJ and Ranadive should both be representing Sac-town during the lottery! If I had to choose, it would have to be KJ
