Who Has Actually Seen These Guys Play?

I saw Westbrook play in 10-15 games last year. He's can play in the NBA based on my observation; I just don't know how far his upside is. I saw Alexander play in 3 games last year. Based on those games, he can't play in the NBA. At least for several years. I saw Augustin play three times last year; he will make it in the NBA, though I like Westbrook better.

So, my question to the experts out there is: Of the players who the Kings could possibly pick, how many times did you actually see him play, and what do you think of him?

I believe I saw every game that Westbrook and Augustin played in last year. I believe I saw Alexander play in four games last year. Three for sure, because I have three recorded. One of which I just rewatched the night before last. Westbrook has a great upside. I just don't know if he'll ever reach it. I couldn't disagree more with you on Alexander. Its almost like we didn't watch the same player. So I will just respectfully disagree with you on him and rewatch the other two games I have recorded to see if what you say has merit.

By the way, when I said I saw every game, I meant every game televised. Thought I better clarify that. Some people are nic picky..

I got to see Randolph play in person once this year against Miss. St, and I was unimpressed with him.

He looked good in warm ups, shooting the ball well from about 16 feet out, showing good ball-handling ability, and displaying great athleticism in the layup drills. He also looked very smooth out on the floor for someone his size--not the least bit uncoordinated, like you might expect.

In the game, however, he didn't do very well. His shots just weren't falling, and he wasn't able to do much in the paint, although Miss. St. does have a very good front court defensively.

Oddly enough there was another player for LSU, Chris Johnson, who could pass for Randolph's twin. They are both about 6-10 , very skinny, and played a lot like each other as well. To be honest with you, Johnson looked to be the better player of the two.

I've seen Alexander play twice and was not impressed, just seemed there was no flow to his game. His lack of shooting really hurts what he wants to do out there.

I've seen Westbrook about 4 or 5 times and I really like the potential. It's never been a concern of mine that he can't make it as a PG, he has all the tools, he just needs to get more comfortable as a leader and floor general. But he can drive, shoot, pass, and has good court awareness...he is also a terror on defense.

I saw Augustin a ton and there is no doubt that his game will translate to the NBA, I'm just worried that his size won't. It is very impressive to average almost 20 points and 6 assists per game in college minutes. He is a very good shooter, strong penetrator, excellent ball handler, and creates well for others. His defense isn't great though.

I have to confess to not of seeing much of Randolph however.

I've seen Westbrook and Augustin play (moreso Augustin) and I think both will do good in the NBA. I also saw Darrell Arthur, and while he looked good when I saw him, I don't think he's gonna fare too well in the NBA. I saw McGee play in one game and he played decent but I think he'll be a bust
