Who Going To Win It All

The East Will Repeat ....

There's only one team to beat - can't no-team handle THE HEAT ...

The West will fall apart - but the King's have my heart ...

the spurs or the kings (if miller and bo-jax are available). it's gonna be a dogfight because the pistons can play outstanding defense.

let me ask one question. if the pistons killed the fabolous four lakers last year 4-1, what would make anyone think the heat will beat them? the lakers last year would be considered much better than the heat this year. the only reason why the heat has a better record is that everyone stayed healthy.

The "Fab Four Lakers" had way too many interior problems.... everyone hated everyone..... why do u think they all parted ways? they were clearly the favorite and should have won but its a shame 4 guys couldnt put their differences aside to when a championship! its not like that with the Heat..... Wade made a name for himself in the playoffs last year, he took his team farther than they should have gone. what do you think is gonna happen when u add shaq to the list?

it makes no difference what wade did last year. the combo of wade/shaq would NEVER be as great as the kobe/shaq era. last year shaq and kobe pretty much got thiers, but detroit shut everyone else down. that's how they beat you. and i garauntee that they'll do the same to miami. miami (like the lakers, but not as great) is a two man team.

and i dont think it had anything to do with "interior" problems. they beat the crap out of the spurs!!

You make a very good point, best I've heard.

It took Kobe and Shaq 3 years before they started playing well together. Shaq and Wade on the other hand hit it off from the beginning.

Maybe you should give them more than 2/3rds of an NBA season before you make that statement.

I think it going to be The Pistons again. The Heat they are one hell of team and could win it all. But I just don't see them winning it all, but hey anything can happen.

I wouldn't say they beat the crap out of the Spurs. If it wasn't for Fisher's miracle shot I think the Spurs win that series.

I think the Heat have better supporting pieces than the Lakers did last year (taking Wake/Shaq for the Heat and Kobe/Shaq for the Lakers out of the equation). Also, Shaq is playing alot better this season than in the previous few years. It's probably a combination of being energized from having a new team along with Stan Van Gundy getting him to show up every night.

All that being said, I like the Spurs over the Heat in the Finals.

Shaq is unstoppable this year, and he's actually in shape. The Heat have way more pieces than the Lakers of last year did- IMO, they were majorly overachieving by getting to the Finals with that supporting cast.

It's a toss-up between Miami, Detroit, and San Antonio, but I have to give the edge to Miami. All-around beautiful basketball they're playing over there. Houston ain't looking too shabby either, but Yao and T-Mac are severely lacking in playoff experience.

As much as I wish I could honestly say the Kings cause I do love em...my prediction would be the Heat...but you never know, who woulda thought that the Pistons were gonna win it last year..it's all the luck of the draw I say

Don't want to but gotta go with the Heat, maybe the b-ball Gods will come through and all the Kings will be uninjured and we'll do it. It's a longshot but that's the great thing about sports, you never know what can happen on any given day.

If Duncan is healthy, Spurs easily. If not, then it's between the Heat and Pistons, and I'm thinking the Heat at this point. It'll be close if the Spurs aren't healthy.

Heat all the way. Remember that SHAQ actually turns it up for playoffs. You think he's having a good season now, ha, wait for the playoffs to start. Unless the Sonics shoot 70% from the 3-point line, I don't see how anyone can beat the Heat.

my heart for sure says the kings. my head says spurs if duncan is healthy. if not, then i'll say the heat, even though i do think the pistons can beat them.
