Who does Dallas/S.A. want to play?

Both Dallas and S.A. seem to be losing an awful lot lately.

Hmmmmm.....

If you were a player/coach/owner/fan of either of those teams, who would you rather play in the first round?

4th seed will play the Clippers
1st seed will play either the Lakers or the Kings

after the first round, the route to the fianls will be the same from the 4th seed as from the 1st (except the 1st seed would get an extra home game in the conference semi-finals, if they end up playing the 4th seed there)

according to spursreport.com, most spurs fans would rather see the lakers than the kings. i have no idea who the mavs want to face.

I'm sure either would rather face the Lakers than us. Less potential. I am also 100% completely confident that neither the 2nd nor 3rd best 60 win type teams in the league this year are losing any sleep over us.

I think Clippers. It's just my opinion but it seems like the Clips are not as good as they were earlier in the season. Having said that, the top teams are so much better than the lower seeds they probably don't care who they play, as brick said.

Yeah i agree. Why are the Lakers and Kings together? I too would of voted for the Lakers cause I think that out of the 3 teams, the team they would least rather going up against is us. But we're in the same option as L.A so I also voted for the Clippers.

WORD - And I think we're all looking forward to (hope for) a future where people are commenting that the 60 win kings aren't losing any sleep over the 7th and 8th seeded teams...

I think Dallas' weakness is a team with a very good SG.

I think that Dallas and San Antonio are losing more sleep over us than either LA team. We have made a surge since acquiring Artest that puts us at a pseudo 4-5 seed. We realistically might not get out of the first round but we are going to be a hard series no matter who we play.

If the Mavs or Spurs are worried about getting past the Kings or Lakers then they need not worry about winning a championship. Not that the Kings aren't a good team and not that the Lakers or Kings don't have a shot at beating the Mavs or Spurs, just that there will be much tougher teams down the road.
