I think that generally counts as "here".

I've been a couple times with a work group - we went with American Whitewater Expeditions out of Coloma. Had a great time!

Also went once on the Snake River with Jackson Hole Whitewater. That was also a good day.

Gotcha. I understood what (I interpreted/think) was implied in the post about whitewater rafting in this general area. But you are right, in urban "Sacramento" the rafting is definitely on the mild side.

I think that's kinda picking the nits. The point is there is some great white water rafting in the general area in/around Sacramento.
