Which NBA video games do u guys like??

I have NBA Live '05 and like it a lot except for the dunk competition which I just don't have the patience for. I'd love to hear about '06 when you (plural) get ahold of it. Maybe get a game review from those who have it? I too try to give the Kings Karma by crushing the opposition in the digital realm.

Anyways, i have Live '05 too. I always play the fanchise mode(simulating regular season games and play only playoffs games).I mimiced the current Kings lineup, and the result is really curious, the kings had one of the worst points allowed/gm( a sign of things to come?).

Haha, yeah the Peja and Bibby 3 pt shooting was pretty ridiculous in 2k5. In fact three point shooting overall was pretty ridiculous. I'd like to see a couple things changed about that game to make it more realistic and value finding the open man closer to the basket.
I haven't tried NBA Live. I'll have to check them both out when I get my Xbox 360. As far as I know they are both launch games.

2k is that game.... i cant wait to buy 2k6 tomorrow....
2k5 was a little off with the 3pt shooting.... peja could actually take advantage of his height in that game.... i used to play him at the 2 or 3 and just post up 6'6 players, wait for the double team then hit open guys for easy shots..... i had peja average a triple double for a season and bibby lead the league in assists since i always posted people with peja....
i cant wait to do that again with peja and miller.... play peja at 2 miller at the 3 but have them guard the 3 and 5 on defense..... so i can just post up players and let bibby score 30 pts a game.... on nothing but wide open 3's..... totally unrealistic... but its funny.... people freak out online when i had peja at the 2 posting up kobe and wade.... or had brad posting up lebron.... they'd be in foul trouble by halftime.... players got so many open shots in the first half that i wouldnt even play them in the 3rd..... id alter minutes, peja would play in the 1st and brad would be on the bench half way through then i would switch in the 2nd.... then bibby would get his assists in the 3rd.... the kings averaged 132 ppg, martin averaged 15 ppg, bobby had 20..... it was hilarious....

Any of u guys heard of NBA '06 by Sony? Thats the game im gonna get, u can actually lead a PG through the game, its called Life Vol. 1. u play a PG on any team, and there are cool cut scenes. Ingame, instead of playing the whole game, u have to accomplish certain goals. Be sure to look it up on ign. Its obviously only for PS2 and PSP cuz sony made it.
