I'd like to see Price come off the bench instead of Hart, or, if Adelman doesn't want to totally shatter Jason's confidence, just start by giving Ronnie a few minutes per game. He can score, and judging from the preseason he gives 100% on defense too.

You know you've got problems when we are even discussing this. ;)

Skinner can't pass? I remember him doing an alright job when Brad went down last season. I just think its hard to ask a player to come in for 2 minutes a game and contribute the way people expect. He should be doing more but the lack of familiarity seems to be hurting right now. A little playing time can do wonders sometimes.

I agree.

Griffin is a Maverick again, replacing Doug:

ESPN - With depth at swingman depleted by injuries, the Dallas Mavericks re-signed free agent Adrian Griffin on Monday in time for him to be in the lineup at Toronto.

Griffin played 69 games for the Chicago Bulls last season, averaging 2.2 points, 2.1 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.00 steal in 9.7 minutes a game. He started 157 games for Dallas in the 2001-02 and '02-03 seasons.

Swingman was supposed to be a strength for Dallas, but that was before Jerry Stackhouse was injured, Doug Christie was waived because of injuries and Josh Howard was injured Saturday night. Keith Van Horn also has been slowed by a hand problem.

Stackhouse has yet to play this season. Howard is expected to miss at least two games because of a sprained ankle.

Griffin fills the vacancy created when Christie was waived.
