Where's our grades?!?

Even Bricklayer is allowed to have a life. ;)

It's quite possible something came up that prevented him from watching the game. When you add in the fact the board had some problems yesterday and wasn't available, he may not have taken the notes he generally uses to prepare his grades...

There are regular contributors that make this board worthwhile, and bricklayer is one of them. The grades threads are fun reading.

I'll give grades a shot.

Although I admit, I'm going on limited memory and heavy bias for and against certain players.

Kevin Martin (A+) OK, so I love the guy. HAPPY BIRTHDAY KEVIN!! I was happy for him, making the game winning shot.

Mike Bibby (B) hey, he did play a little defense yesterday and it was good.

Ron Artest (A) no complaints. (I start with an A and go down from there.)

Kenny Thomas (B) actually not so bad. He hustled and grabbed rebounds and that's his best contribution. I hate when he just slams up the ball at the hoop as if that's going to suddenly go in.

Brad Miller (A) I saw a different Brad. Hustle, hustle, hustle. And great passing.

SAR - (incomplete) but I was so happy he wasn't playing.
The Bench - (B), they were ok.

Muss (whatever). I'm not sure what his contribution was.

OK, so I'm no Bricklayer. :D

We seriously "DO" take Bricks grades for granted.
Any news service (kingsFans.com excepted) would have to pay extremely large money to someone as talented as he.
I don't personally know Bricklayer. But, I can imagine, that he is probably on some sort of grading hiatus at this time...(kind of like this) "If the team doesn't care, why should I ?"
I personally, will applaud his return. However, I do not expect him to feel obligated to this task. I only thank him for a (job) well done these many years!
Bravo Brick!!:)

Personally, I've spent an embarrassing amount of time following the Kings and watching all of their games the last 7-8 years. I mean all of them.

I still watch some, but I'm consciously skipping the suckie-ness. Could it be Brick's got a little too much of the current stale product?

Wouldn't surprise me. I looked for the Grades, too - but can't imagine how he can watch close enough to analyze anymore.

I feel I can safely say that Bricklayer would not abandon his post, considering the loyal following he's developed here.

He might, of course, be in shock since we finally managed to find a way to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat...

:p
