What's wrong with Walter Hermann?

I dunno what the deal is, but why isn't this guy getting more playing time? A couple of years ago, he was kicking @$$ on one of my fantasy teams so much that I actually picked him as a low-end keeper...and then he's been riding pine for the past two years. I don't get it. Why didn't the Bobcats and now the Pistons play the guy some more?

This is just a shot in the dark, but I'm going to hazard a WAG that the Pistons don't play him because they have better players at his position...

I grant that he's a backup, I'm not saying he should start...but I do think he deserves more playing time than he's getting. ESPN depth charts put him as Tayshaun Prince's backup, and I think he does some PF work as well. I just am wondering what's up...
