I'd prolly offer em Hield, #5 and #34.. For Zinger.. and take back a bad contract like Noah..

I meen.. Kings still have Bogs and Malachi to hold down the SG spot.. Use the #10 pick to Draft a PG (Mitchell, DSJ, Nkitilina). Then use our 2018 pick to get a SF.. Bridges?.. We'd be set..

**might even toss Papa in there instead of #34 if they wanted.

can't wait til the draft is over so we can see what we have on the roster. all these trade rumors/speculation is too much to absorb

I would be wary of getting Porz. He's good but not great. I am wary because someone that tall could have injury issues shortly, knees and feet, ala Yao Ming.
And although he's much lighter than Yao: it gives me great pause.

Phil Jackson needs, craves, and loves all the attention he gets with his stupid antics. He's used to being relevant and he isn't any longer. I bet Porzingas goes nowhere.

However, I'd give picks 5 and 34 and WCS or Hield for Porzingas and take on Noah's contract. Porzingas is a special talent and still a kid. Guys like him don't happen.

Phoenix could really make a good move there. Bledsoe, #4, swap Chandler for Noah, maybe some sweetener. That'd be a pretty solid haul. It's more than we got for Cousins :(

Without Buddy I make that trade immediately

Wouldn't do it with WCS either.... look at both of them as possibly nucleus players. Gotta start with someone, and plusI like hearing "Willey--Franken--Stein!!" from Grant....or is it "fricken" - i cant tell.

It's amazing some people view Hield and WCS as untouchable? For a guy that will be an All Star for the next 10 years. It's really incredible. WCS will never be half of what Kristaps is. In fact, Porzingas is a lot younger than Hield and younger that WCS and is still infinitely more talented than both combined.

Porzingas may not be a generational talent, Durant, Kobe, Lebron. But, he sure as hell is not too far from that level at Age 21.

I fly WCS out myself he isn't half the player Porzingis is and can be replaced by Big Papa.

I disagree with you - I don't know where this half the player reasoning comes from...their per 36 min stats are not too far off from one another. I think Stein has room to grow. Yes, Porzingis is a better player right now and maybe later. The refutation was including the 5 and 10 pick too which is just too much.

Porzingis is a way better defensive player than wcs and we won't talk about offense that's self explanatory. Porzingis will be a number 1 option all NBA player and he's only 21 he's a potential defensive anchor as well as offensive anchor. Yes I'm picking him over WCS (fox and Collins) you win with stars get Porzingis and pair him with Hield.

If we have to go WCS/Skal/5/10 for Porzingis and 41st pick I'd still do it we have good young talent thanks to good drafting by Vlade

Hield/Richardson
Bogdan
Porzingis
Papa/Kofus

We can trade AA for 26/Turner salary relief for Portland. Turner would be a another ball handler in our starting unit.
So in the draft we'd have and target

26: (Terrance Furgeuson)
34: (frank Jackson)

that's overkill for porz. He may be worth that much to some teams, but not this team. The kings would be giving up Fox, WCS, Skal, and probably monk/collins for Porz. If this team was one dynamic player away from competing, then yes, pull the trigger, but this team need to start from scratch.

I'd do 5+34+WCS in a second for Porzingis. Then take Collins at 10 and we have a near perfect front-court pairing for the next decade. Shooting/switching ability/2 rim protectors/post presence/great rebounding.

I don't think you guys realize how stupidly valuable KP is on the trade market. 21 year old big man who's perfectly suited for today's game, is already a star, is years away from his prime and has 6 more years of team control? He might be one of the best trade assets put on the market ever.

Getting 8 back is a pipe-dream in any deal.

I'd give up 5, 10 and Skal easily.

I agree with everything you said here.

You mean win like the Knicks do with Porzingis right now?.....you are overzealous. You didn't compare the per 36 min stats with WCS like I told you. Go look at the stats themselves. "Way" better defender? I think not. You're talking about a fleecing. Enjot the draft though.

If they are looking for a top 5 pick + a young player or a star, I wonder if #5 + Rudy would have been enough.

I'd trade the #10 and a player, but not the #5 and a player of any consequence. I doubt Jackson is serious; he probably just wants to get Porzingis' attention and have him bow before the great Phil Jackson.
