What movie made you cry?

I almost got misty watching Awakenings when DeNiro reunited with his mom after years of being catatonic...but then I kicked that tear's *** back into my eye. When Hanks reunites with Helen Hunt in Cast Away too. That gives me the warm fuzzies as well.

Oh, and when Goose dies in Top Gun! Just kidding...

I tear up easily during movies, even when I shouldn't. So, I won't even attempt the full list.

As for full on crying during a movie? The most recent example would have the be In America. That movie made me think I was having a damn nervous break down.

Royal Diva, that part of Lost in Translation definitely left me with a 'lump in the throat' too... it's the best part of the movie. But you don't get it if you're IQ is below 30 so don't worry if others didn't cry...

Other great moments: Last scene of dead poet society, the ending of Shawshank Redemption.

Agreed. I get teary whenever I see that scene. It was so touching.

When Spock died in star Trek 2 Wrath of Kahn. I remember I was like 8 years old. Ladder 49 and forever young was a good one aswell. I also laughed so hard I was in tears watching movies like Bad Santa, Slap Shot and Jumping Jack Flash to name a flew.
